Sarah Owen MP Constituency Office

Shop Front Signage for Luton North

Sarah Owen MP Constituency Office

The Brief

Sarah Owen has represented Luton North in Parliament since December 2019. When she opened her new constituency office at 256 Marsh Road, the signage had to strike a careful balance. It needed the authority expected of a parliamentary office. It also needed to feel approachable enough that a resident with a housing problem or benefits question would walk through the door without hesitation.

The requirements were clear from the outset: a prominent aluminium composite fascia sign displaying the MP's name, title, and constituency. Window graphics with contact details and branding visible from the pavement. A colour scheme built around parliamentary green, the traditional House of Commons colour, connecting the local office to the institution it represents. And a finish that would hold up to weather and time without looking tired after a single winter.

As a Luton signage company working for a Luton MP, Sign Art Pro was the obvious choice. Our workshop sits minutes from Marsh Road.

The Public Sector Standard

Government and public sector signage carries expectations that commercial work does not. An MP's constituency office represents Parliament itself. The signage cannot look like a high street retail unit, but it also cannot feel institutional to the point of being unwelcoming. Residents need to feel comfortable walking in.

Sign Art Pro has delivered signage for public sector clients where precision, compliance, and presentation are non-negotiable. For Sarah Owen's office, that meant exact colour matching to parliamentary green (the official House of Commons colour), clean typography that prioritises readability, and materials built to maintain a professional appearance for years without maintenance.

The result is an office that looks unmistakably official while remaining genuinely approachable at street level.

The Results

The completed signage gives Luton North residents a constituency office they can identify immediately from the street. Parliamentary green branding connects the premises to the House of Commons while the clean, open layout keeps it from feeling bureaucratic. The aluminium composite fascia will hold its colour and shape for years. And the window graphics provide contact information at eye level, so constituents know exactly how to reach the office before they step inside.

Local signage. Local MP. Local delivery.
